Blocked Email Addresses

The intelligentgolf servers manage email for many of our customers, and we take steps to prevent them being used to send spam or malware.

Systems running to protect the system will monitor failed emails, generally a very clear sign that a message is going out to random email addresses.  This indicates that a spam programme is using real user credentials to send many hundreds of thousands of emails, pretending to come from your account.  As soon as we see this activity, we immediately freeze your account to protect its reputation.

To get it unfrozen, you must contact the support team, but first have changed your email password and checked your computer for any malware.
