intelligentgolf is a leading software provider to the golf club industry in the UK and abroad. Its innovative suite of products and platform has transformed the way club management, golf information and tee time booking is delivered. 

Working flexibly from home or from our Warwick office, you will be responsible for managing the contact, sales and implementation of customers for our Partner advertisement system.

The intelligentgolf Partner system is a discrete part of our software product which provides golf clubs and users of our system with adverts relating to local trades, companies and events in the form of clickable adverts.

As part of your responsibilities you will research companies local to specific golf clubs, make contact and make sales of advertising space on the site.

You should be confident, have an excellent telephone manner, be able to manage your own time and be persuasive. You should be comfortable with websites and following a period of training be able to populate the advertising space with images, descriptions and details of your customers’ business.

For an organised and motivated individual this is the ideal role, delivered during business hours, but from a location and to a certain extent working hours which are flexible.

Key activities include

  • Understand and manage the range of clubs buying this Partner service, explaining the structure of the programme and the business benefits
  • Researching and making contact with prospective advertisers, explaining the mechanism of the programme clearly
  • Signing up advertisers and processing their business through contracts and website implementation. Training will be provided in the website management processes
  • Managing all advertising space specific to a club
  • Managing the communication of status and financial position to intelligentgolf colleagues

The successful candidate will be friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and able to fit in with our team, and really able to embrace the culture of a dynamic and expanding internet start-up company, doesn't get hung up on job descriptions and just wants to get the job done.

There is a minimum requirement of 5 GCSEs grade C or above, to include Maths & English.
