intelligentgolf Workshop 

The intelligentgolf workshop day will host several new features and functionality demonstrations during the afternoon session.  These include:

EPOS

- New feature: Xero integration demonstration includuing club's self authentication, manual journals and business reports.

- EPOS Membership payments - pay member bills through the member's EPOS Account or via another payment method at the till which will update the Membership record.

- Events V2 - infromation and demonstration of the events module upgrade - how to take future deposits, make payments and invoice after the event.

- EGM - driving range integration - set ball quanities and pricing for your range machine.

igMember app

- General functionality of the igMember app.

- Features of recent updates.

Membership

- New feature: Group Membership - allow a lead member to control all bills relating to their group - ideal for families.

- Linking Custom Fields - link custom fields such as Lockers to the relevant subscription item - streamlining the renewals process and making the final checks easier.

- General Membership and Renewals enquiries.

- Demonstration of the updated CK Editor which now features in all areas of the system.

- Custom Templates - examples of custom newsletter templates which can be designed. 

Bookings

- Function Ticketing - allow event tickets to be charged to the member's EPOS account by admin or booked by the member through the Diary. 

- Table Bookings - allow seats or tables to be booked for an event and charged to the member's EPOS account by Admin or booked by the member through the Diary.
