Pair igMember using a computer

If you're stuck with the pairing process using your computer, please follow the steps below.

1. On your computer or laptop log in to your golf club's website.
2. On your computer go to 'My Golf' then 'Preferences'.
3. Half way down the page you will see a green 'Pair your device' button.
4. Click Enable & Show Me The Link & QR Code.
5. Open the app on your phone and swipe to option 3.
6. Click on the QR code and allow the app to access your camera if prompted.
​7. Hold your phone up to your computer screen as though you were taking a photo of the QR code on your screen.
8. Your igMember app is now paired.

Pair igMember using just your device

If you're stuck with the pairing process using your device, please follow the steps below.

1. On your phone log in to your golf club's website.
2. On your phone  go to 'My Golf' then 'Preferences'.
3. Half way down the page you will see a green 'Pair your device' button.
4. Click Enable & Show Me The Link & QR Code.
5. Half way down the page you will see a green 'Pair with your "Device"' button.
6. Click the 'Pair with your "Device"' button.
​7. Your phone will ask you to open the igMember App.
8. Your igMember app is now paired.
