Our EPOS system is a flexible and easy to use system providing specialist EPOS membership management in golf clubs. For many years golf clubs have been introducing cashless till systems to increase revenue by operating a differential pricing structure to members and visitors and also to enable a cashless system thus reducing costs and increasing security.

Integration

Our EPOS system will provide all of the features a golf club would expect from a till system AND it works seamlessly with the other intelligentgolf suite of products and still maintains, as with all our products, the facility that you will never need to enter the same piece of information twice. The member’s card can be used at the till, on the PSI (Player score input), and at the Door Access/barrier systems without the need for duplicate cards to do different functions.

Online Facilities

The integration to the intelligentgolf website enables member’s to see their clubhouse statement online through their secure member login and to top up their bar card before they arrive at the club. Members can also enter competitions and the payment can be taken automatically from the members card account.
