Assisting the finance director in managing and processing financial controls.
- Managing the credit control process, including; contacting customers and managing individual accounts, raising invoices via an accounts software package, liaising with sales director to process new product orders and highlighting any problem accounts to line manager.
- Managing the bank reconciliation process and statement
- Knowledge of xero accounting software a must
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with excel spreadsheet/google docs
- Honesty and Integrity
This role is for a fixed term contract of six months with the potential to lead to a permanent position. It can be full or part-time role depending on applicants availability.
